General support

For help using search, GPS, saved places, submissions, or your account, email support@mysensoryquest.com.

Report content

Open the location, select View sensory details, then choose Report content. Reports about privacy, copyright, inappropriate content, or inaccurate information are reviewed promptly.

Business owners

Open your listing and choose Business owner: correct or remove. Select whether you want to correct, remove, or verify the listing and provide information showing that you represent the location.

Delete account data

While signed in, open Menu → Account & data. You can permanently delete synchronized favorites and contributions directly inside SensoryQuest.

SensoryQuest information is community-reported and cannot guarantee current noise, lighting, crowds, accessibility, hours, safety, or accommodations. Contact the location before visiting when a detail is important to your plans.
